Admissions wants to know about a belief, hobby, idea, issue, or topic about which you’re excited. This is incredibly open-ended, which means you can take it in almost any direction you’d like. Think about something you could talk about, participate in, or research for hours. Maybe you’re incredibly passionate about clean energy and the potential for our planet to be entirely powered by solar energy (and a degree in Environmental Studies will help you in your quest to turn that vision into a reality). Or, perhaps, you dream of representing the voiceless on a national stage and advocating for animal rights. Will American’s Justice and Law degree propel you toward enacting more humane laws for animal agriculture?
